And these are really going to kill the budget, but they are well done.

I have the Spidey and Hulk already, Wolverine is preordered, and the ones that are annouced to come next are looking good. At 40-45 a piece, going to get costly, but hell, not buying Todd's stuff as much anymore, nor Star Wars, about all that is left are these and ML!

Wolverine is next up.


Then I think it is Goblin followed by Doom (those could be reversed)



Then it is Captain America, followed by Thor:




The next one is Venom, and the others to follow:



The quality on the two they have released to this point has been great, and it looks like they are trying to do a good range of characters, and for me it makes up for the being so far behind with Bowen, and allows me to do these while sticking to the Bowen per movie thing I have going on now (which reminds me I need to get the Elektra one when they release it next month!)

I was going to pass on them as I really didn't want to start getting into higher end collectables, but always am a sicker for the main three characters in the Marvel Universe (Spidey, Hulk, Wolverine) and thought I would give those a shot especially since I don't have a Bowen hulk bust and can't warrant the $300+ for it on eBay.

The two that have come in convinced me to go for them all. They are a little smaller than a bowen bust, but well done. Painting is spot on, and the sculpting is great on them.

Since everything else is drying up I thought I would start on these.

The only one that I have slight disappointment in at the moment is for Doom as I am not too sure on the face mask as it seems to be from one of the newer incarnations of him and less of the classic one, but I have the bowen version of that one and can live with it.

I get why they would give Wolvie an arm, but I don't think it works when the rest of the line is sans arms.

I'm also moving away from the figures and getting more statues. Not busts necessarily. I don't think I want to start with these. I saw the ones released and was tempted but talked myself out of them.
